City Manager Intern
Support daily operations and new city launches in Potsdam - ideal for students in their final semester, open to transitioning to full-time
Tasks
- Operational support: shadowing the City Manager with day-to-day running of kitchen and delivery operations
- New city launches: helping set up and stabilize operations in new locations, from logistics to team coordination
- On-the-ground problem solving: spotting operational bottlenecks in real time and fixing them
- Team coordination: working closely with kitchen and delivery staff to keep quality and speed on track
- Driving where needed: supporting deliveries, pickups, or site visits
Requirements
- Currently in your last semester of studies, with willingness to switch to a full-time role after graduation
- Operational background: hands-on experience in kitchens, logistics, hospitality, or similar environments (culinary background a strong plus)
- Valid driving license required
- Valid visa/work permit allowing you to work in Germany
- Willing to relocate to support new city openings
- Hands-on, practical mindset with high ownership and execution focus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Comfortable with AI tools and Notion
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
